I am an experienced and qualified counsellor based in Tunbridge Wells. I am an Accredited Registered Member of the BACP and I abide by their code of ethics. I began my career in financial services and spent a number of years managing a team, delivering training and managing global projects.
I have since completed four years of training in Transactional Analysis counselling and psychotherapy. I work with young people and adults and have a number of years experience of working in school settings with multi agency teams.
I have worked with clients who are experiencing or suffering from a wide range of difficulties including: depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, family breakdown, anger, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, bereavement, low self-confidence, relationship issues, abuse, disability, trauma and loss. I’m passionate about working creatively with clients to allow them to express their feelings and thoughts through sand play, art and creative exercises in times when words can feel too hard to find.
I have undertaken additional specialist training supporting issues related to gender diversity.
